Embarrasing Pants!

The word "trousers" is often used in the UK, whereas the word "pants" is commonly used in the USA. 👖

It is also important to note that in the UK, pants refer to undergarments (mutande!). 🩲

If you say "cool pants" to an American, he/she would thank you for the compliment.

But if you say the same to a Brit, it would create an awkward situation as you are referring to his undergarments!
